Strategy forge: A journey towards strategic thinking

This seminar gives Kilo leaders the clarity and tools to succeed in today’s fast-moving, competitive world. You’ll learn how to cut through daily noise, separate short-term fixes from real strategy, and focus on what drives sustainable growth.
This is not just theory — you’ll explore real-life cases, such as IKEA’s success story, and apply the lessons to Kilo’s context. By the end, you’ll walk away with practical skills to set bold goals, rally your team, and strengthen your market position.
