Kilo Leadership Academy

Even if you’re already successful, you need to be in a constant state of learning. Becoming a leader means having the will to follow a path that builds that competency and capacity. And this path is not an easy one.

But no one became a leader overnight! We’re here for you, offering an internal leadership training program based on sound Kilo Health business principles and practices.

The Kilo Leadership Academy is a 6-week program for designated high-potential Kilo Health professionals who want to develop their leadership skills.

Leadership Academy Opening

Kilo Leadership Academy introduction, agenda, and working principles. Getting to know each other while discussing what a Kilo Health leader is.

Leadership fundamentals & Skillset

While there are numerous skills leaders need to have (and develop) to maximize their success, we will discuss the core fundamentals of leadership.

Empathy & Active Listening

An empathetic leader is one who has a genuine interest in their team members' lives and challenges. After taking the time to listen to and evaluate them, a leader may find ways to help their team fulfill their needs to create a working dynamic.

Motivation & Delegation

Any successful people management role requires the capacity to engage and empower teams, as well as delegate effectively and properly. Understanding what motivates and drives those we lead and how we, as leaders, can unlock those motivators to help people do their best job is a critical skill.

Communication & Feedback

Good communication skills assist in the development of better understanding and beliefs among individuals, as well as inspire them to follow the ideals and values that their leader wishes to instill in them.

Experiential training & Closing ceremony

Prepare to sum up all of your Kilo Leadership Academy knowledge and experiences in experiential training with your learning and development team someplace out of the office – in a mind-blowing learning environment!

The goal of Kilo Leadership Academy

To help you and ensure consistent reinforcement throughout the Kilo Leadership Academy, an integrated mix of training and coaching is provided. As a result, the program will go far beyond standard training courses, and you’ll be able to participate in the Kilo Health learning and development journey.

Who is this workshop for?

This program is designed for all Kilo Health leaders who have just started the leadership journey or still feel the need to improve their leadership skills.

What are the benefits of Kilo Leadership Academy?

Live sessions: The Kilo Leadership Academy will be held live at the Aludariai office. We believe that interactive and continuous learning is far more effective.

Small, focused, and supportive groups: You will work in a small group of people who are already in leadership roles, limited to 12. We aim to make your learning and development journey safe and effective; we want to ensure that each individual receives attention and time to work on their abilities and that members have greater support and connection.

Interactive workshops: We believe that just listening to a lot of information doesn’t bring inner change, so during this Kilo Leadership Academy, you will participate in interactive training where participants carry out a number of training activities instead of passively listening to a lecture or presentation.

Individual coaching: Each member will have the option to apply for four individual coaching sessions, where they will get focused attention based on their own strengths, weaknesses, interests, and challenges. We guarantee to establish a privileged environment for Your reflection, feedback, and self-improvement.
