First workshop
Empathy. We’ll dig deep into design thinking and creativity basics. We’ll test out these techniques in short design sprints, detail and focus on the problem, dive into fast and effective research techniques, and put them into practice. We'll be focusing on DT tools (empathy mapping, persona profile, customer journey mapping).
Second workshop
Ideation. During this workshop, we will be focusing on problem-solving, ideation, and prototyping. You will have opportunities to try different creativity techniques and test divergent vs. convergent thinking. You will learn how to prototype instantly and perform user testing.
The goal of this workshop

This workshop is designed to train participants to use the Design Thinking technique or to solve a specific problem while learning this technique. During the workshop, participants will be introduced to Design Thinking techniques and workflows and will work on a specific problem provided by the team.

What are the benefits of design thinking?

Exploration of creative, non-standard solutions through creativity. A novel, productive, effective, and systematic problem-solving strategy. And the chance to comprehend your product from the user’s point of view. Enabling new and successful collaborative approaches can assist you in seeing the large picture and beginning to talk about challenges and solutions in the same terms. Design thinking encourages team members to collaborate and share ideas, which may help develop a culture of creativity and innovation inside an organization.

Who is this workshop for?

Those teams that have a specific problem that needs to be solved in new ways of thinking and those who want to get acquainted with design thinking mindset and tools.
It is best suited for bigger teams (>8 people), but it may also be applied to a small team.
