Competency mapping is the process of determining the skills, behaviors, abilities, and knowledge a job position requires. It is a process of clearly defining the expectations for each position and ensuring employees have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.

The main goal of this workshop is to identify and map your team members’ main competencies that are needed within the field of work.
First of all, you will have your team’s competency map (identified essential competencies of the positions), which, in turn, will give your team members a better understanding of the skills, behaviors, abilities, and knowledge each position requires. Also, you will have your team members’ competencies assessed and will be able to identify some areas for development. And, of course, the competency mapping and role clarification process is a great team-bonding experience!
